Quick answers about messaging your host and keeping track of your conversation.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Enter your name, email address and question in the form. The host uses your details to understand and respond to your enquiry.
How will I see the host’s reply?
Replies appear in your private conversation on this page. Open the same private link again to read and reply. Email notifications are not available at the moment, so save the link.
How do I return to my conversation?
After you send your first message, the conversation opens at a private web address. Bookmark it or copy the address somewhere safe so you can return later.
Can I share my conversation link?
Please keep it private. The link gives access to your conversation, so anyone who has it may be able to read and send messages in that chat.
What information is visible to the host?
The host can see your name, email address and messages. The app does not store your raw IP address, and a country estimate is not enabled yet.
Can I book or pay through this page?
This page is for guest and host communication. It does not currently take bookings or payments.
What if I lose my private link?
There is no automatic link recovery at the moment. Contact the host another way and ask them how to continue the conversation.
